Work Therapy Pad

The Work Therapy Check Pad allows beneficiaries to track their progress each month in the areas of punctuality, following instructions, work safety, goal setting and working cooperatively. Space is provided for beneficiaries to record personal notes and acknowledge their greatest progress each month.
