The Daily Mindfulness Journal allows participants to engage in daily journaling and self-reflection on topics including accomplishment, courage, choice, self-compassion, wisdom, love and friendship, personal growth and gratitude. Participants are introduced to the topics of mindfulness and meditation in their Journals.
