Self-Worth

Self-worth is something people often struggle with when they enter treatment. This Journal helps participants identify their core values and expectations in order to create a solid foundation for recovery. They will explore the connection between self-talk, feelings of self-worth and substance use behaviors. They will then set goals to help improve self-worth.
