Transition Skills

Developed in collaboration with the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Transition Skills Journal is organized into nine weekly sections. Each section focuses on a different topic relevant to re-entry. Participants work to develop key skills that help them make responsible choices and avoid future incarceration.
