The Spanish language version of Preparing for Change increases accessibility and comprehension for Spanish-speaking participants. Preparing for Change features information and activities designed to help participants look closely at their current situation and consider changes they want to make. In addition, participants will learn about the ways people change and the strategies they use; think about the future they want and obstacles they may face and identify resources that can help them make changes.
