Recovery Maintenance

In the Recovery Maintenance Journal, participants will identify their personal strengths and apply the skills they have learned throughout the program to develop strategies for dealing with relapse warning signs. They will then create their own Recovery Maintenance Plan and review and revise their goals for the future.
